All Signet courses have been approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission  for Continuing Education Credits toward activating or renewing a real estate license.

    NOTICE REGARDING RENEWAL

The Maine Real Estate Commission requires licensees to have "received" Course Completion Certificates totaling 21 hours of approved Continuing Education before renewing their Maine Real Estate Broker's License.  Please do not apply for license renewal until you have received all your required Completion Certificates.  Brokers who renew their license before receiving all the required Course Completion Certificates may be subject to Commission penalties.
